Hi, I'm Ashley! Some of you may know me by my artist name, Kuromanju.
You can call me Ashley/Kuro for short!I'm a Designer with 7+ years of experience in the Fashion & Design Industry, with a focus on apparel technical design, product design, and digital design.Aside from my design work, I enjoy brewing tea, cooking, and rock climbing.
My passion and love for storytelling through the arts has inspired me onward to a journey of living life as it is, one step at a time.

Terms of Service
Welcome to my Terms of Service page! I've outlined my process & how we'll work together during a project here, that way we can be on the same page!If you have any questions, you can always reach out at [email protected]!
Project Timeline
Designs should be delivered to you within 3–4 weeks.However, this can change depending on how complex your project is and how many changes or assets are requested.Below is a rough outline of the Project Timeline from Start to Finish:
Consultation:
Once your request has been accepted, I will schedule a meeting with you to discuss details about the project & to make sure I understand your vision.Preview:
We'll send you a preview of the design for your feedback and approval. Once you're happy with the preview, we'll send an invoice for a 50% non-refundable down payment.
Note: The down payment secures your spot and covers the time we spend on our initial consultation and creative process.Final:
When the design is completed, I will send a proof for you to view along with the invoice for the remaining 50% of the Full Payment.Delivery:
After we've received the last payment, we'll send you all the final, high-resolution files.

A Few Important Things
Revisions:
We'll include a set number of revisions in your project fee. If you need more changes than that, we'll discuss an additional cost.Who owns what:
Once you've paid in full, the final design is all yours. We do, however, reserve the right to show off the finished project in our portfolio and on social media to promote our work.Your part:
We'll need you to provide timely feedback and any materials we need from you. Delays on your end can affect the project timeline.
FAQs
All invoices will be sent via Paypal.
The invoice must be paid entirely before the finished designs are released.
Please do not use my work without permission.
AI/NFT use is prohibited. Do not use my work for any of these related projects or works.
Commercial resale is not permitted. All designs made for creatives/businesses are to be used by the Client themselves for their branding/projects/company. Not for the intention of being resold.

Ko-fi Sketches should be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks, but may extend depending on the number of requests. You may request for the status of your commission via Email as well.
Please check for my monthly 'Ko-fi Commission' posts on Twitter and/or Discord and tip me the amount corresponding to the sketch style you'd like.
Ko-fi sketch commissions will be opened at the beginning of every month.

All sketches will be posted on Discord, Ko-fi, and Twitter.
I retain the right to post the finished commission piece publicly via my social media(s).
