About Me
Hi, I'm Ashley! Some of you may know me by my artist name, Kuromanju.You can call me Kuro for short!I'm a Designer with 5+ years of experience in the Fashion Industry, with a focus on apparel technical design and digital design.Currently, I am expanding my horizon by pursuing a UX Design certification and working on a few small projects related to this. Please look forward to it!Aside from my design work, I enjoy reading, brewing tea, and write short ramblings about various topics.
Digital Illustrations
Digital Illustrations should be delivered within 3 - 4 weeks, but may extend depending on the number of requests. You may request for the status of your commission via Email as well.
There will be a total of 2 illustration updates: Preview and Final
If you do not like the preview illustration, please let me know what you’d like me to change. I will send another preview illustration for approval after the changes have been made.
Once the preview has been accepted, I will send an invoice for the full price of the commissioned piece.
Please note that any changes to a preview will cause the finish product to be delayed as it will take time to make changes.
I retain the right to post the finished commission piece publicly via my social media(s).
File sharing prohibited.
Ko-fi Sketches
Ko-fi Sketches should be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks, but may extend depending on the number of requests. You may request for the status of your commission via Email as well.
Please check for my monthly 'Ko-fi Commission' posts on Twitter and/or Discord and tip me the amount corresponding to the sketch style you'd like.
Ko-fi sketch commissions will be opened at the beginning of every month.
Please email proof of payment and references to [email protected].
All sketches will be posted on Discord, Ko-fi, and Twitter.
I retain the right to post the finished commission piece publicly via my social media(s).

I have the right to refuse any commission request I do not agree with.
All payments will be requested in USD ($) via Paypal/Stripe.
Payment will only be requested after the preview has been approved by the client. Once the preview has been approved, payment must be made in FULL. All invoices will be sent via Paypal.
Refunds will NOT be accepted after the preview has been approved by the client.
Major changes/revision requests to the illustration/project, AFTER the preview has been approved, will require a fee.
If you would like a more expedited process, it will result in an additional fee.
Please do not use my work without permission.
Only the Client or myself, the artist, is allowed to post the finished artwork on Social Media/Galleries. If the Client wishes to post it, I must be credited and/or tagged.
All artworks/commission pieces done are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale is not permitted.
AI/NFT use is prohibited. Do not use my work for any of these related projects or works.
I have the right to stream the art process or post the finished product on my social media sites.
Let me know in advanced if you'd like your commissioned work to be private (i.e a surprise gift for a friend).
